By accessing or using the website offer-pnwcabinets.com (the "Site"), submitting a consultation request, or opting in to receive text messages from PNW Cabinets ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

PNW Cabinets provides custom window treatments (including blinds, shades, and shutters), cabinet installation, and related home improvement services to homeowners along the North Oregon Coast. Our Site allows you to:
-Request a free in-home consultation
-Learn about our products and current promotions
-Opt in to receive SMS communications from us
All services, pricing, and promotions (including limited-time discounts) are subject to availability and may change without notice. Promotional offers such as "20% off" are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of consultation.
3-SMS Messaging Terms:
SMS Program Disclosure
By providing your mobile phone number and submitting our opt-in form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from PNW Cabinets, including:
-Consultation appointment reminders and confirmations
-Promotional messages about our products and special offers
-Customer service follow-up messages
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will be removed from our SMS list. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
No Third-Party Sharing: By opting in to SMS, you confirm you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission. Your SMS consent will not be sold, shared, or transferred to any third party for marketing purposes.
4-Free Consultation Terms:
Our "Free In-Home Consultation" is provided at no charge and includes:
-An in-home visit by a PNW Cabinets representative
-Precise measurement of your window or cabinet space
-Product recommendations and a written quote
The consultation carries no obligation to purchase. Promotional discounts (such as the 20% off offer) apply to purchases made following a completed consultation and are subject to availability at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
By requesting a consultation, you agree to provide accurate contact and address information and to be reasonably available at the scheduled time.
5-User Conduct:
When using our Site or services, you agree not to:
-Provide false or misleading information
